No complaints on quality and design
The product that was received was nothing like the photos. The frames were extremely thin, not made from the wood material shown in the picture and the color was off. Had to have Trade Assurance step in, buyer beware. make sure you don't purchase based on the photos. huge waste of time.

Dear customer, here is our explanation for your feedback:
1. for the color of the actual picture does not match the picture, that is because the picture was taken by a professional camera in a photography studio and then processed later. It is indeed beech color and made from the wood material shown in the picture .
2. The frame shown in the picture is only 3.5*5 inches, but the one you buy is a larger size, so the lines of the frame will look thinner in contrast, this is common sense
